ከድር ጣቢያችን ወይም ከአገልግሎቶቻችን ጋር በተያያዘ የቀረበ ማንኛውም ይዘት ወይም ቁሳቁስ የቅጂ መብትዎን ይጥሳል ብለው በጥሩ እምነት ካመኑ እርስዎ (ወይም ወኪልዎ) ይዘቱ ወይም ቁሳቁሱ እንዲወገድ ወይም መዳረሻው እንዲታገድ የሚጠይቅ ማስታወቂያ ሊልኩልን ይችላሉ ።

ማስታወቂያዎች በጽሑፍ በኢሜል መላክ አለባቸው (ለኢሜል አድራሻ "እውቂያ" የሚለውን ክፍል ይመልከቱ) ።

DMCA የቅጂ መብት ጥሰት ስለተከሰተበት ማሳወቂያ የሚከተሉትን መረጃዎች እንዲያካትት ይጠይቃል: (1) የቅጂ መብት ጥሰት ስለተከሰተበት የቅጂ መብት ሥራ መግለጫ; (2) የቅጂ መብት ጥሰት ስለተከሰተበት ይዘት መግለጫ እና ይዘቱን እንድናገኝ የሚያስችለን በቂ መረጃ; (3) የእርስዎን አድራሻ ፣ የስልክ ቁጥር እና የኢሜል አድራሻ ጨምሮ የእርስዎን የእውቂያ መረጃ; (4) ቅሬታ በተነሳበት መንገድ ይዘቱ በቅጂ መብት ባለቤት ወይም በኤጀንሲው ወይም በማንኛውም ሕግ አሠራር አልተፈቀደም የሚል ጥሩ እምነት እንዳለዎት መግለጫ;

(5) በማሳወቂያው ውስጥ ያሉት መረጃዎች ትክክለኛ መሆናቸውን እና ተጥሰዋል የተባሉትን የቅጂ መብት የማስከበር ስልጣን እንዳሎት በመፈረም የተፈረመ መግለጫ;

እና (6) የቅጂ መብት ባለቤት ወይም በቅጂ መብት ባለቤት ስም እርምጃ ለመውሰድ የተፈቀደለት ሰው አካላዊ ወይም ኤሌክትሮኒክ ፊርማ ።

ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መረጃዎች በሙሉ አለማካተት የይገባኛል ጥያቄዎ ሂደት እንዲዘገይ ሊያደርግ ይችላል ።
