እና (6) የቅጂ መብት ባለቤት ወይም በቅጂ መብት ባለቤት ስም እርምጃ ለመውሰድ የተፈቀደለት ሰው አካላዊ ወይም ኤሌክትሮኒክ ፊርማ ።
