Ingwara y'urticaria ifata gute umubiri?

Urticaria, ikunze kwitwa urticaria, ni indwara y'urukoba irangwa n'ibimungu bitukura, vyibonekeza ku rukoba.

Ingorane zitera indwara y'urticaria ziva ku kuba uduhimba twitwa mastocytes, utwo na two tukaba ari uduhimba tw'umubiri turwanya indwara, turekura histamine n'ibindi bintu bituma umubiri ugira ububabare.

Mu gihe c'urticaria ikaze, histamine be n'ibindi bintu bituma umubiri ukora ibintu birimwo ibintu bituma umubiri ukora ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu birimwo ibintu.

Ivyo bituma utwo tugingo turekura histamine be n'ibindi bintu bituma imitsi itembera, bigatuma haboneka uduhimba twitwa wheels.

Mu gihe umuntu arwaye urticaria idakira, akenshi usanga ata wuzi ikiyitera, mugabo vyiyumvirwa ko yoba iterwa n'ubushobozi umubiri ufise bwo kwirwanira.

Muri ico gihe, umubiri urakora utugingo bita autoantibodies dufata mu mugongo utwakira vya bintu vyitwa IgE bifise ubushobozi bukomeye bwo kwanduza (FcεRI) biri ku tugingo ngengabuzima twitwa mastocytes, bigatuma dukora maze bigatuma haboneka histamine n'ibindi bintu vy'ubuhinga bwo kuvura.

Mu gihe c'urticaria ikaze canke idakira, histamine be n'ibindi bintu bituma umubiri ugira ububabare biratuma umuntu yumva ashuhiwe, akagira n'ibimungu.

Mu bisanzwe, mu kuvura iyo ndwara hakoreshwa imiti irwanya ibihimba vy'umubiri bita histamines kugira ngo ntihagire ikintu na kimwe kivamwo.

Mu bihe bikomeye, hari aho vyokenerwa ko hakoreshwa iyindi miti nka kortikostéroïdes canke omalizumab kugira ngo iyo ndwara ntibandanye.

What is pathophysiology of urticaria?

Urticaria, commonly known as hives, is a skin condition characterized by the appearance of itchy, raised, red welts (wheals) on the skin.

The pathophysiology of urticaria involves the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators from mast cells, which are immune cells found in the skin and other tissues.

In acute urticaria, the release of histamine and other mediators is triggered by an allergic reaction to a specific allergen, such as food, medication, or insect sting.

This causes the mast cells to degranulate, releasing histamine and other mediators that cause blood vessels to become leaky, leading to the formation of wheals.

In chronic urticaria, the cause is often unknown, but it is thought to be related to an autoimmune mechanism.

In this case, the body produces autoantibodies that target the high-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRI) on mast cells, leading to their activation and the release of histamine and other mediators.

In both acute and chronic urticaria, the release of histamine and other mediators leads to the characteristic symptoms of itching, redness, and swelling.

Treatment typically involves the use of antihistamines to block the effects of histamine and reduce symptoms.

In severe cases, other medications such as corticosteroids or omalizumab may be used to control the condition.
