2. ስሩዕ ምውስዋስ ኣካላት ግበር:- ኣብ መዓልቲ እንተ ወሓደ ን30 ደቒቕ ኣካላዊ ምውስዋስ ምግባር ነቲ ናይ ማህጸን መንሽሮ ንኸይሕዘካ ይሕግዝ።

3. ጥዑይ ኣመጋግባ ምረጽ፦ ብዙሕ ፍረታትን ኣሕምልትን ምሉእ ሕሩጭን ዘለዎ ኣመጋግባ ምረጽ፣ እተቐየደን ቀይሕ ስጋን ሽኮራዊ መስተን ምግብን ድማ ኣይትብላዕ።

4. ኣልኮል ምብዛሕ ገደብ ግበረሉ:- ኣልኮል ምስታይ ንናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ የዕብዮ።

5. ሕርሲ:- ሕርሲ ነቲ ናይ ማህጸን መንሽሮ ዘሎ ሓደጋ ቅሩብ ከጉድሎ ይኽእል ኢዩ።

6. ሆርሞን ናይ ምትካእ ሕክምና ኣወግድ: ሆርሞን ናይ ምትካእ ሕክምና ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ከዕቢ ይኽእል እዩ።

እንተድኣ ኣድሊዩካ ኮይኑ፡ እቲ ዝተሓተ ዓቐን ንነዊሕ ግዜ ተጠቐመሉ።

7. ስሩዕ መርመራ ግበር:- ስሩዕ ናይ ማህጸን ምርመራን ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰርን ንምፍላጥ ይሕግዝ: እዚ ድማ ሕክምና ኣብ ዝጅምረሉ እዋን ኢዩ።

8. ብዛዕባ ናይ ስድራ ቤትካ ታሪኽ ፍለጥ:- ኣብ ስድራ ቤትካ ናይ ማህጸን መንሽሮ እንተ ኣልዩካ: ተወሳኺ መርመራ ወይ ናይ ምክልኻል ኣማራጺታት ንምውሳድ ምስ ሓኪምካ ተዘራረብ።

9. ንጨረርትን ብከላ ኣየርን ምቅላዕ:- ንጨረርን ንገለ ከሚካላትን ምቅላዕ ንናይ ማህጸን መንሽሮ ከም ዘቃልዕ ክገብሮ ይኽእል ኢዩ።

10. መድሃኒት ምውሳድ:- ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ንኸጋጥመካ ልዑል ተኽእሎ እንተደኣ ሃልዩካ: ንሓደጋ ንምቕናስ ከም ታሞክሲፌን ወይ ራሎክሲፌን ዝኣመሰሉ መድሃኒታት ክውሰዱልካ ሓኪምካ ክእዝዘልካ ይኽእል እዩ።

11. ውሑስ ጾታዊ ርክብ ግበር:- ጾታዊ ርክብ ክትፍጽም ከለኻ መከላኸሊ ምጥቃም ምስ መንሽሮ ጡብ ክተሓሓዝ ዝኽእል ብጾታዊ ርክብ ዝመሓላለፍ ረኽሲታት ንኸይትሓምም ይሕግዝ።

12. ውጥረት ምቁጽጻር፡ ሕዱር ውጥረት ነቲ ናይ ምክልኻል ዓቕሚ የዳኽሞ፡ ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ናይ ምርካብ ተኽእሎ ድማ የዕብዮ።

ጭንቀትካ ንምቍጽጻር፡ ከም ምስትንታን፡ ዮጋ፡ ወይ ኣዕሚቝካ ምስትንፋስ ዝኣመሰለ ልምድታት ኣዘውትር።

13. እኹል ድቃስ ደቅስ:- እኹል ድቃስ ንጥዕና ኣገዳሲ ኢዩ: ነቲ ናይ ማህጸን መንሽሮ ንኸይሕዘካ ድማ ይሕግዝ።

14. ሽጋራ ካብ ምትካኽ ተቖጠብ:- ሽጋራ ምስ ብዙሓት ዓይነታት ካንሰርን ከም ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰርን ዝተኣሳሰረ እዩ።

ሽጋራ ምትካኽ እንተ ኣቋሪጽካ፡ ሽጋራ ኻብ ምትካኽ ድማ ክትርሕቕ ኣሎካ።

15. ንናይ ውሽጣዊ ስርዓተ መትኒ ኣካላት ዝዘርግ ኬሚካላት ምጥቃም ነኪዩ:- እዞም ኣብ ገለ ፕላስቲክን ናይ ውልቂ ክንክን ፍርያትን ዝርከቡ ኬሚካላት ንሆርሞናት ክመስልዎን ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ከዕብዩን ይኽእሉ እዮም።

"BPA-free" ዝብል ምልክት ዘለዎ ፍርያት ምረጽ፡ ከምኡውን መግቢ ኣብ ናይ ፕላስቲክ መትሓዚታት ካብ ምሙቕ ተቖጠብ።

17. ሓበሬታ ርኸብ:- ብዛዕባ እቲ ኣብ ምክልኻልን ምርመራን መንሽሮ ማህጸን እተገብረ ናይ ቀረባ ግዜ ምርምርን ምኽርን እዋናዊ ሓበሬታ ርኸብ።

18. ምስ ናይ ደገፍ ጕጅለታት ተራኸብ:- ምስቶም ናይ ጡብ መንሽሮ ዘጋጠሞም ወይ ኣብ ሓደገኛ ዅነታት ዘለዉ ሰባት ምቅርራብ ስምዒታዊ ደገፍን ጠቓሚ ሓበሬታን ክህበካ ይኽእል ኢዩ።

19. ንጡፍ ኩን:- ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ንኸጋጥመካ ልዑል ተኽእሎ እንተ ኣልዩካ: ነቲ ሓደጋ ንምቕናስ ሓደ ወይ ክልቲኡ ማህጸን ንምውጋድ ብዛዕባ ዝግበር ናይ መከላኸሊ መጥባሕቲ ምስ ሓኪምካ ተዘራረብ።

20. ንጡት ምጥባው ኣብ ግምት ኣእቱ: ምጥባው ነቲ ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ቅሩብ ከጉድሎ ይኽእል ኢዩ፣ ስለዚ ዓቕሚ እንተደኣ ሃሊዩካ ንጡት ምጥባው ኣብ ግምት ኣእቱ።

21. ርእስኻ መርምር:- ኣብ ኣፍልብኻ ዝዀነ ይኹን ለውጥታት ወይ ዕብየት እንተ ኣልዩ ኣዘውቲርካ መርምር: ከምኡውን ዝዀነ ይኹን ዘተሓሳስብ ነገር እንተ ኣልዩ ንዶክተርካ ንገሮ።

222. ንካንሰር ምኽንያት ዝኾኑ ነገራት ካብ ምቅላዕ ተቖጠብ:- ንገለ ኬሚካላት ምቅላዕ፣ ከም ኣብ ገለ ናይ ጽሬት ኣቑሑት ወይ ጸረ ባልዕ፣ ንናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ከዕብዮ ይኽእል እዩ።

233. ኣብ ለይቲ ንናይ ሰብ ስራሕ መብራህቲ ምቅላዕ ነኪ:- ኣብ ለይቲ ንናይ ሰብ ስራሕ መብራህቲ ምቅላዕ ነቲ ናይ መዓልታዊ ህይወትካ ክዘርግን ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ከዕብን ይኽእል እዩ።

ክትድቅስ ከለኻ ብርሃን ንምዕጋት ጸልማት ዝገብር መጋረጃታት ወይ ናይ ድቃስ መሸፈኒ ተጠቐም።

24. እኹል ቫይታሚን ዲ ውሰድ ቫይታሚን ዲ ናይ ማህጸን ካንሰር ሓደጋ ንምንካይ ክሕግዝ ይኽእል እዩ።

እኹል ናይ ጸሓይ ብርሃን ውሰድ ወይ ኣድላዪ እንተኾይኑ ተወሳኺ ውሰድ።
