1. መንቀሊታት ምልላይን ምውጋድን:- እቲ ናይ መጀመርያ ስጉምቲ ናይ urticaria ንምክልኻል ነቲ ኩነታት ዝፈጥሩ መንቀሊታት ምልላይ እዩ።

ልሙዳት ጠንቂ፡ ገለ ዓይነት መግቢ፡ መድሃኒት፡ ነድሪ ናይ ሓሸራታትን፡ ናይ ከባቢ ረቛሒታትን እዮም።

ነቲ ጠንቂ ምስ ፈለጥካዮ፡ ካብኡ ምርሓቕካ ንዘጋጥም ሕማም መትሎኻ ኺከላኸሎ ይኽእል እዩ።

2. ጽሬትካ ሓሉ:- ጽሬትካ ምሕላው፡ ረኽሲ ንኸይላባዕ ይሕግዝ፡ ናይ ነድሪ ሳምቡእ ሓደጋ ድማ የጉድል።

ኢድካ ኣዘውቲርካ ተሓጸብ፡ ብፍላይ ቅድሚ ምብላዕካ ወይ ገጽካ ቅድሚ ምትንካፍካ።

3. ጸቕጢ ምቁጽጻር፡ ጸቕጢ ናይ urticaria ምልክታት ከጋድድ ይኽእል እዩ።

ውጥረት ንምቍጽጻር፡ ከም ምስትንታን፡ ዮጋ፡ ወይ ከኣ ዓሚቝ ናይ ምትንፋስ ልምምድ ዝኣመሰለ ውጥረት ዚንኪ ሜላታት ተለማመድ።

4. መከላኸሊ ክዳን ተኸደኑ:- ብሰንኪ ገለ ናይ ከባቢ ረቛሒታት ናይ ምቅላዕ ተኽእሎ እንተድኣ ሃልዩኩም፣ ከም ነዊሕ ኢድ ዘለዎ ክዳን፣ ፓንት፣ ከምኡውን ቆቢዕ ዝኣመሰለ መከላኸሊ ክዳን ምግባር፣ ነቲ ናይ ምቅላዕ ተኽእሎታት ንምክልኻል ይሕግዝ።

5. ጸሓይ እተሓለወት መከላኸሊ ተጠቐም:- ጸሓይ ንዘጋጥመካ ሕማም ሽሮኽ እተቃልዕ እንተ ዄንካ: ናብ ደገ ቕድሚ ምውጻእካ: ኣብ ልዕሊ እቲ እተቓልዐ ቈርበት ልዑል ጸሓይ እተሓለወት መከላኸሊ ተጠቐም።

6. መድሃኒት ከምቲ ዝተኣዘዘልካ ውሰድ፡- ናይ ዓሶ ሕማም ንምቁጽጻር መድሃኒት እንተተኣዚዙልካ፡ ከምቲ ሓኪምካ ዝኣዘዘካ ውሰዶ።

እዚ ድማ ምልክታት ንኸይረኣዩ ክሕግዝ ይኽእል እዩ።

7. ጽብቅቲ ክዳን ካብ ምኽዳን ተቖጠብ፡ ጽብቅቲ ክዳን ምኽዳን ኣብ ቆርበት ምጭባጥን ጸቕጥን ክፈጥር ይኽእል፡ እዚ ድማ ነድሪ ከስዕብ ይኽእል።

ናይ ምዕባይ ተኽእሎታትካ ንምቕናስ ልሙጽን መተንፈስን ክዳውንቲ ምረጽ።

8. መዝገብ፦ ነቲ ዘሎካ ምልክታትን ጠንቅን ኣለርጂን ኣብ መዝገብ ምጽሓፍ፡ ነቲ ዘሎካ ስርዓታት ንኽትፈልጦን ኣብ መጻኢ እውን ዳግማይ ሕማም ሸሮኽ ንኸይሕዘካን ኪሕግዘካ ይኽእል እዩ።

9. ናይ ሕክምና ምኽሪ ድለዩ፡- ብዛዕባ እቶም ጠንቂ ወይ ብኸመይ ንናይ ኡርቲካሪያ ክትከላኸል ከም ትኽእል ርግጸኛ እንተ ዘይኮይንካ ምስ ናይ ጥዕና ኣገልግሎት ወሃብቲ ተራኸብ።

ኣብ ናይ ሕክምና ታሪኽካን ምልክታትካን ተመርኲሶም ውልቃዊ ምኽርን ለበዋን ክህቡኻ ይኽእሉ እዮም።

10. ጥዑይ ኣነባብራ ይሃሉኻ፦ ሚዛናዊ ምግቢ ምምጋብ፡ ስሩዕ ምውስዋስ ኣካላት ምግባር፡ እኹል ድቃስ ምድቃስ ድማ ስርዓተ ምክልኻል ሕማምካ ኼደልድሎን ሕማም ሸሮኽ ንኸይሕዘካ ኺሕግዝን ይኽእል እዩ።

ኣብ ምቁጽጻር ናይ ዓሶ፡ ምክልኻል ወሳኒ ምዃኑ ዘክር።
