ጭንቀት ንምፍዋስ እተፈላለየ መገድታት ኣሎ፡ እዚ ኸኣ፦

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): እዚ ዓይነት ስነ-ኣእምሮኣዊ ፍወሳ ኮይኑ፡ ንውልቀሰባት ነቲ ጭንቀት ዘስዕበሎም ኣሉታዊ ኣተሓሳስባን ባህርያትን ንምልላይን ንምቕያርን ይሕግዝ።

2. ናይ ምቅላዕ ሕክምና (Exposure Therapy): እዚ ዓይነት CBT ኮይኑ ነቲ ውልቀሰብ ቀስ ብቀስ ናብቲ ምንጪ ጭንቀቱ ኣብ ቁጽጽር ዝተገበረሉን ውሑስን ኣከባቢ ብምቅላዕ ፍርሕን ጭንቀትን ንምስዓር ይሕግዞ።

3. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): እዚ ዓይነት ሕክምና ውልቀሰባት ብዛዕባ ሓሳባቶምን ስምዒቶምን ዝያዳ ክፈልጡን ብዘይ ፍርዲ ክምልሱን ዝምህር ኮይኑ እዚ ድማ ጭንቀት ንምቕናስ ይሕግዝ።

4. መድሃኒት:- ጸረ-ጭንቀት: ጸረ-ጭንቀት: ከምኡውን ቤታ-ብሎከር ዚበሃል መድሃኒታት: ንጭንቀት ንምቍጽጻር ብሓፈሻ ይውሃብ እዩ።

6. ኣነባብራኻ ምቕያር፦ ስሩዕ ምውስዋስ ኣካላት፡ ጥዑይ ኣመጋግባ፡ እኹል ድቃስ እውን ንውጥረት ኬፋዅስ ይኽእል እዩ።

7. ናይ ደገፍ ጕጅለታት:- ኣብ ናይ ደገፍ ጕጅለታት ምስታፍ ስምዒታዊ ደገፍ ክህበካን ንውልቀ⁠- ሰባት ምስ ጭንቀት ኣብ ዝገብርዎ ቓልሲ በይኖም ከም ዘይኰኑ ንኽስምዖም ክሕግዞምን ይኽእል ኢዩ።

8. ኣሮማቴራፒ:- ከም ላቫንደር: ካሞሚል: በርጋሞት ዝኣመሰለ ኣገደስቲ ዘይቲ: ህድእ ዘብል ጽልዋ ኸም ዘለዎ: ጭንቀት እውን ከም ዘጕድል ተራእዩ ኢዩ።

9. ናይ ምጭብባጥ ሕክምና:- ምጭብባጥ ሕክምና: ጭንቀትን ውጥረትን ንምቕናስ ይሕግዝ: እዚ ድማ ኣብ ጭዋዳታት ንዝህሉ ውጥረት ብምፍታሕ ዕረፍቲ የምጽእ።

ምስ ናይ ኣእምሮ ጥዕና ክኢላ ብምትሕብባር፡ ነቲ ፍሉይ ኣድላይነትካ ዚሰማማዕ ዝበለጸ ዓይነት ሕክምና ንኽትረክብ ክትሰርሕ ኣገዳሲ እዩ።
